The quiet work of finishing.

A fit-out is not a design; it is the last honest mile of one. The drawing has already done its work. What remains is stone cut to tolerance, timber that meets itself at a seam, services hidden inside a plenum you will never open.

We built Space Contracting to do that mile well. Our teams sit under one roof — joinery, stone, mechanical, electrical, ceiling, finishing — and we carry a project from shell handover to the day the principal returns to their desk.

We would rather be judged by the seam in the vestibule than by the sentence in the brochure.

Cut, calibrated, and installed by our stone team. Slab-matching on-site for book-matched features.

04 — Process

Six stages, one programme.

The consultant's drawing is the spine. Every stage runs against a benchmark sample, a witnessed test, or a signed shop drawing. The programme is a promise, kept.

Brief
Consultant set reviewed end-to-end. Constraints, long-lead items, and site conditions logged before we break ground.

Mobilise
Site establishment, hoarding, access, safety induction, logistics plan. Programme issued, signed, and posted.
03
Shop-draw
Joinery, stone, and MEP resolved on paper before cut. Every interface drawn; every connection approved.
04
Execute
Trades sequenced on the same programme. Finishing does not open until the preceding trade has been inspected.
05
Commission
MEP witnessed. Finishes benchmarked against approved samples. Defects listed, closed, and retested.
06
Hand over
Snag, O&M manuals, as-builts, warranty pack. Defects-liability period begins; the principal returns to their desk.
