A follow-on mandate for Four Seasons at the Kayan II tower — an additional nine thousand square metres of residential fit-out delivered to the operator's own apartment standard.
The programme covered further floors and common areas, with stone flooring, joinery, MEP and lighting reworked, walls refinished, and all furnishings supplied and installed. The continuity of team, specification, and site discipline from the earlier phase was carried forward without interruption.
