A 2,800-square-metre private palace delivered end-to-end by Space Contracting. Book-matched marble floors, sculpted plaster ceilings, and joinery in warm oak were produced in-house; lighting and MEP were coordinated against the client's consultant set.
The programme was run quietly on a confidential site, and the residence was handed over commissioned, cleaned, and dressed.
