A second Four Seasons programme for Space Contracting — the renovation of an entire ten-storey residential building totalling twenty-one thousand square metres. The scope ran end-to-end: common corridors, lift lobbies, lounges, and every apartment on every floor.
Stone flooring was replaced, joinery rebuilt, MEP and lighting reworked, walls refinished, and all furnishings supplied and installed. The programme was phased by floor to allow staged hand-over; finish standards and site discipline were held to the same level as the operator's front-of-house keys.
