Rotana — one of the region's principal media groups — commissioned Space Contracting to deliver a full-floor corporate headquarters in a Riyadh high-rise. The programme covered a CEO suite with a lit-shelf feature wall, executive meeting rooms finished in brand-green back-painted glass, open workstations with planted dividers, a pantry bar with skyline views, acoustic phone-booth pods, and a sculpted wood-slat brand wall carrying the group's nine sub-brands.
Stone flooring, joinery, feature lighting, and MEP were coordinated to the group's identity palette — bronze, sage, warm oak — and delivered end-to-end by our in-house teams.
