The La Valle Center is Space Contracting's largest single-asset fit-out programme — forty thousand square metres of interiors across a mixed-use destination in Riyadh.
The scope carried public concourses, tenant white-box shells, and the full set of common-area finishes to a finished standard. Stone, joinery, ceilings, lighting, and MEP were coordinated across multiple phases on one programme, allowing staged hand-over to tenants while later phases of the centre were still live on site.
