Space Contracting delivered a 5,400-square-metre executive fit-out for the Ministry of Interior in Riyadh. The programme covered executive offices with linear-slat timber feature walls, bespoke desks in warm oak and bronze-grey laminate, dedicated meeting rooms dressed in tan leather and softened with upholstered banquettes, and a consultant corridor linking the principal offices to the open working areas.
Joinery, stone flooring, acoustic wall systems, lighting, and MEP were coordinated in-house against the consultant's drawing set and delivered to a government-grade standard of finish.
